Caramel Apple Cupcakes

I haven’t tried this yet but I want to take my recipe for Nutella Banana Cupcakes and use it to make Caramel Apple Cupcakes. Hopefully it works!

1 Cup of Flour

1/3 Cup of Light Brown Sugar

2 Apples Shredded (Can use a Food Processer)

1/4 Cup of Apple Cider

2 Eggs

2 Tablespoons of Melted Butter

2 Teaspoons of Vanilla

A Pinch of Cinnamon

Caramel

1/2 Tablespoon of Baking Soda

1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder

Combine all of the wet ingredients together in a bowl, including the shredded apples. In another bowl combine all of the dry ingredients and slowly add it to the wet ingredients. Fill the cupcake pan about half full. Spoon a little Caramel on each cupcake and use a cupcake to swirl it so that it is equally dispersed amongst the whole cupcake.  Put the cupcakes in a 325 degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes (depending on the type of oven)

First day project: Friend Tree. Everyone puts their thumb print on the tree then teacher later frames it and hangs it as a reminder that we are all friends.

Oh, I really love this idea.

Like like like! So easy and a great way to decorate my blank wall!
Love this idea for the classroom!

Memories, even your most precious ones, fade surprisingly quickly. But I don’t go along with that. The memories I value most, I don’t ever see them fading.
